Fun and games

A couple of weekends ago, SY's brother came to stay with us, and we spent the weekend as many Koreans customarily do - watching sport!

First was baseball on the Saturday. It was my first baseball game, and although I still don't understand the sport, I enjoyed being in the stadium and the crowd was great! Stella also enjoyed everything else that was going on besides the baseball ;)

Hot!!

Grass bank.

There was a kids' entertainment area inside the stadium which was perfect for Stella and kept us out of the hot sun for a bit.

We sat with the 'away' crowd, but you would never have said so - they were LOUD!

On Sunday we headed to Suwon to watch my old favourite soccer team, the Suwon Blue Wings. I have lots of great memories from this stadium and it was good to be back.

Dressed in blue in support of the home team.

Outside the stadium was a whole area set up with water sports for the kids- it was amazing and perfect for such hot weather!

Getting our faces painted...

Cooling off...

The home side...

...and the away side - Incheon.

Stella wasn't too taken with the soccer, so she entertained herself in other ways.

Peek-a-boo!

SY snuck off at half time and got Stella a Blue Wings uniform!!

She had lots of fun parading it around in front of the crowd.

Chatting with the Blue Wings mascots.

Suwon won 3-1, so all in all it was a good day for everyone :)
